Refund Policy

At Technopreneur Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences. We understand that sometimes situations change, and you may need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.


1. General Refund Terms

We offer refunds on eligible purchases in accordance with the following terms. By enrolling in any of our programs, services, or courses, you agree to abide by this policy.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

a. Online Courses (Self-Paced or Pre-Recorded)

  • Refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course has been accessed or completed.

  • No refunds will be granted after content has been substantially consumed or downloaded.

b. Live Training / Workshops / Webinars

  • Full refunds may be granted if cancellation is requested at least 72 hours before the session.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable, but participants may request rescheduling or credit toward a future session.

c. Coaching & Mentorship Programs

  • Refunds may be issued within 7 days of enrollment and only if no sessions have been scheduled or delivered.

  • After the first session, the program becomes non-refundable.


3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Downloadable digital products (eBooks, templates, tools)

  • Administrative or processing fees

  • Certification fees (if applicable)

  • Partial attendance or dissatisfaction not related to product delivery


4. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to our course or service, please contact our support team at [Insert Support Email]. We will work to resolve the issue promptly and fairly assess refund eligibility if resolution is not possible.


5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.

  3. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


6. Cancellation by Technopreneur Academy

If a course or service is canceled by Technopreneur Academy, a full refund or credit will be issued automatically to all registered participants.
